My favorite quote of all times: Don't burn bridges because you never know when you are going to have to cross them again. I used this quote to everyone I come in contact with who is having a difficult time with someone they know. As a young professional Social Worker, I have come across youth who are so quick to toss in the towel on so many relationships with friends, family, and companions. I often tell them, even though you don't need the person at this very moment, so day you will. It's not good to end any relationship on a day note. Take it from me. I have been lied to, manipulated, used and never given an apology to. I end up not trusting these people and they left a bad taste in my mouth. Months later, who do you think comes crawling back trying to get on my good side. My point is, never end any form of relationship on a bad foot because you never know when you may need that person to help you out. Again, Don't burn bridges because you never know when you are going to have to cross them again.
This is my first post of many more to come. I decided to finally get back to writing. I may write in my journal first and transfer them to the blog. Maybe it will inspire someone, maybe it wont, but I am finally getting back to writing for me. Hopefully I can keep it up.
